Project #1
Consultancy Project:
Media Innovation for Pasysend
In this project for Paysend, I collaborated with a team to develop a strategic concept aimed at increasing brand awareness among Gen Z. I conducted in-depth interviews and desk research to understand the financial habits and platform expectations of young users, uncovering key barriers and motivators for using money transfer services. These insights led to the development of “PayPet,” a gamified feature that combines playful interaction with financial functionality to make transactions more engaging and socially acceptable. This project taught me how to apply design thinking to translate user needs into innovative solutions, strengthening my skills in qualitative research, user-centered design, and concept development.

Project #2
Marketing Plan Today is Greenday
For the restaurant concept Today is Greenday, I explored the potential impact of targeting Gen Z as their primary audience and developed a strategic approach to engage this group effectively. I conducted interviews with young adults aged 22–27 living in Amsterdam to understand their values and expectations from an eco-friendly, health-focused restaurant. Based on these insights, I designed a positioning strategy centered around affordable, seasonal meals that reflect Gen Z’s values of sustainability, individuality, and social connection. Through this project, I refined my skills in qualitative research, competitive analysis, and strategic thinking, while also deepening my ability to link consumer values to actionable business strategies and communicate them clearly.
